Paul Newman was an award-winning actor, director, producer, and philanthropist. He starred in more than fifty films, received ten Oscar nominations, won an Oscar for The Color of Money, and received the Motion Picture Academy’s Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award. The Museum pays tribute to this icon with a retrospective of his work. The series kicks off during the March MAM After Dark event with Newman’s starmaking portrayal of boxer Rocky Graziano in Somebody Up There Likes Me.
