The following is included in the wedding package:

We handle weddings in a very special way at the Museum: When a wedding is scheduled we will not schedule any other events on that evening. This way the full attention of the staff and building resources are on your special day. This allows weddings to use any or all of the event spaces  in the Quadracci Pavilion  on your day. Available after the museum closes at 5pm, your function can start at 5:30pm or later. All functions need to end at or before midnight.

Spaces that are available: Windhover Hall, Baumgartner Terrace (*weather permitting), both the Schroeder & Baumgartner Gallerias, Quadracci Suite, Northwestern Mutual Room, Lubar Auditorium, Café Calatrava, and Cudahy Gardens.

• Catering by Café Calatrava can cater your special day or a list of preferred caterers can be provided upon request.
• All wedding planners, florists, and bakeries must be approved by the Museum.
• The Museum can arrange access to either the featured exhibition or the first floor of the Collection.
• We can also arrange to open and close the Burke Brise Soliel.

Equipment inventory

Staging: we have 10 sections of staging 8'x 4'(16” or 24” heights) with black skirting for the stage. One step for the staging. (This can create a 16'x24' stage for the band or ceremony or a riser for a traditional head table. If you want both band and head table risers, additional staging will need to be rented).

Tables: (18) 8' x 30”tables for gift tables, bars & etc. , (92) 60” rounds for banquet seating .

Chairs: (350) white designer chairs

Misc. Items: 20 Stanchions to section off areas, (4) Easels, (1) Lectern (or podium)

We have white screens available to section off areas; we screen off an area just off Windhover Hall for the Caterer. We can also screen the Quadracci Suite or the Northwestern Mutual Room.

Coat racks : (5) and the coatroom (located on the Lower Mezzanine Level) is available for use, if requested.

Additional items: Additional charges: food, beverage, floral, music, and linens are additional expenses required for your reception. We do have a baby grand piano that you can rent for $300. . The cost of the security for the Pavilion and access to the one section of the museum for the two hours is included in the room rental cost. Parking at the Museum is $6. per vehicle. You may pick up the costs for your guests or have the guest pay on their own. There are 98 spots available in the Museum parking garage.

Cost for wedding package

Space rental is Monday-Friday $7,000, Saturday $10,000, Sunday $8,000.
