Visual Arts Classic
Grades 9-12

The Milwaukee Art Museum offers a docent-guided visit to you and your Visual Arts Classic team to support research and preparation for the competition. This year’s theme Art & Food will be highlighted with an informative docent-guided discussion and viewing of artworks from the Museum’s Collection that either are by the designated artists or relate to the theme in some way. A visit to our Herzfeld Study Center and discussion led by its curator(s) are included in your visit. All artists on this year’s list are not represented by the Museum’s Collection.

For your convenience the same workshop is offered on different days and times. The cost of the workshop is $3 per student. The fee must be paid in advance to insure registration. Registrations will be scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis. There is a limit of 60 people per session.
