Target Family Sundays: Dia de los Muertos

Celebrate Mexican culture at this Day of the Dead event. Create colorful papel picado (paper banners), sample traditional cookies, make folk art toys, sign up for prizes, and more! The Latino Arts Mariachi Juvenil adds their lively music to the festivities beginning at 1:30 p.m.
